Stuck
I've gained and lost the same 1 lb over the last two months.
I'm stuck at 10 lbs.
I can't seem to break the log jam.
I'm tired of "dieting."
I wish I could accept myself the way I am.
I looked in the mirror a week ago, and for the first time didn't see a "fat" person.
Why can't that translate to numbers on a scale.
Frustrated.
